The property I sold belong to my sister, who passed suddenly and unexpectedly. I live on the other side of the country, so I knew very little about the local market. I also had a lot of other things to contend with, as I was the executor of my sister’s estate. I was expecting a home run, but got a grand slam with Michael. I was administrator of my brother's probate property with 10 beneficiaries. I was overwhelmed with selling the property and trying to get most for the beneficiaries under its conditions. Overall I had a very pleasant experience working with Mr. Michael Young. He was professional, attentive and responsive. The goal was to sell my home. Mission accomplished.

I was Administrator to sell my brother's house as part of his estate. I am from Oregon, and Michael Young told me right away that he had done many similar such sales. He took care of this one, too. Nothing is simple in probate with a 100-year old house that was frankly not in very good shape, but we got an excellent offer. Many of the other issues one has to deal with--electricians, hauling away junk, cleaning the house, basic repairs--I was given information as to who could help. From the time I contacted him to listing was 46 days and to closing was 11 weeks, and at least 3 of those latter weeks were because of required delays from the court. This was also during the omicron surge of the pandemic, as well. The paperwork was about as straightforward as it could be, and his staff were most helpful.
